Title: Improvement of security and mobility of Vehicles in smart cities

Abstract:

With the exponential growth of population that is estimated to be 8.5 billion by 2030 and is expected to be heavily concentrated in urban cities, the mobility management will be an important issue as with the traffic growth managing the mobility will be very important to avoid congestion on roads. In the same time the development of the technology with new usages such as IoT will help to improve the mobility management in those cities. Smart cities were developed in order to use advanced technologies such as Information Communication Technologies (ICT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to efficiently exploit and manage the infrastructure, resources, transportation, traffic, and services with major actors, including humans, drones, vehicles, smart devices, and buildings. In this talk I will present how could manage the mobility of vehicles using ICT and what are the threats that should face the ICT.
